Last Thursday, 10th of January, the Organising Committee of the European Universities 3x3 Basketball Championship, Porto 2019, had a meeting to prepare the event. The meeting was held in Porto’s Academic Federation (FAP) headquarters and were present the President of the Committee and President of Academic Federation (FAP), Mr. João Pedro Videira, Mr. José Castro from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (P.Porto), Mr. Daniel Vieira from the University of Porto (UP), Mr. Nuno Loureiro, Secretary-General of the championship and Mr. Francisco Duarte from the Portuguese NUSA - FADU.

 

The first meeting of this year was very important to discuss about some questions related with the competition but most of all to defined the next steps related to logistics and communication to ensure that this experience will be not only a great sports event but also a good invitation card to our city and country!"
